Domestic Shipping Policy / Shipment Processing Time

Apparel, Swim Collection, and Lippies/Liners are processed and shipped separately to domestic locations only.  You may receive your items in separate packages. Current processing/shipping time is 7 - 14 business days.  Please ensure you provide a correct email address at checkout so we can communicate updates regarding your order.  Thank you in advance for your grace as we work to standardize our shipment processing time. 

 

General Shipping Info

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class and/or Priority Mail.  All orders over $100 receive free shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

harp x lo does not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  Please subscribe to our mailing list here so you can be the first to know when these shipping option becomes available. 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation will be sent via email once the order has been mailed.  Tracking numbers should be available 24-48 hours after shipping.  

 

Damages

harp x lo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  All orders automatically ship with $50 insurance from USPS.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Feel free to reach out to customer support at info@harpxlo.co with questions.

International Shipping Policy
